JK Cements today posted a 114 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 72.7 crore in the quarter ended on September 30, compared to Rs 34 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.

The turnover of the company rose 33 per cent to Rs 356.4 crore, against Rs 268.2 crore in the corresponding period a year ago, the company said in release.
