According to the statement, Lysenko will take over as the board chairman of Dontsement and Kryvyi Rih Cement on January 1, 2008.
"Panchenko worked at the HeidelbergСement Group’s Ukrainian enterprises in July 2003 in the capacity of technical director," the statement says.
Before joining the HeidelbergСement Group, Lysenko held the post of director-general for sales at the Dyckerhoff Ukraine company.
