A number of companies from Qatar have shown interest to invest $2.5 billion in Pakistan in finance cement plant, power generation and hotel sectors. Chief Executive of Pak-Qatar General Takaful Limited Waqar-ud-Din told Radio Pakistan Tuesday in Karachi that Islamic Bank with investment of $100m would be established in Pakistan. He said companies included in Takaful would also introduce their products and services in property, automobile and engineering sectors.
