Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (914) said Anhui Environmental Protection Bureau of the PRC had undergone inspection for the rectification progress of Wuhu Conch on 22 September.  
 
The bureau then issued a "Letter Regarding the Approval of Delisting Wuhu Conch Cement Co, Ltd." and removed Wuhu Conch from the list of its regulated companies after passing the relevant inspection on Wuhu Conch on 30 September 2007.
