Vietnam: cement plant being built in Nghe An

The Do Luong Cement Plant is being built at a cost of VND1.47 trillion
(US$92m) in Bai Son commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province. The plant
will have a capacity to process 2500 tonnes of clinker per day and produce
900,000 tonnes of cement per year when it becomes operational in
2009 - reports Vietnamese news service.
