The power station, with an investment of CNY 120 million, will output power by making use of the heat power of three new suspension heater type cement production lines of Qinling Cement. Its installed capacity is expected to reach 16,000 to 18,000 kilowatts hours.

China Energy Conservation will independently invest in, construct and run the station, and earned profit by supplying reimbursable power for Qinling Cement at a price of CNY 0.39 per kilowatts hours.
The duration of the contract is twenty years, and when it expires, China Energy Conservation will transfer healthy assets of the station to Qinling Cement for free.

Under the condition that the station keeps running well, Qinling Cement estimates that it will save CNY 10 million power cost per year.
