The general designer of the project is the Ramboll design bureau.

By the end of the year,  Eurocement Group is also planning to sign four contracts for building new cement plants with total investments exceeding RUR60bn (US$2.348bn).

Until 2011, the company intends to annually invest over RUR30bn ($1.174bn) in building new production facilities and lay the foundations for two new plants. By implementing these measures, the holding will increase its capacities by 21Mt by 2015.
