Croatian Nexe Group to build cement plant in Russia

Croatia’s Nexe Group will invest roughly EUR180m in building a cement plant in Russia’s Vladimir Region.  The capacity is said to be 1Mta of cement. A major part of the future output will be sold outside the region, whose construction industry needs just 200,000t of cement a year. Production is to be placed in Sudogda district, which has four major deposits, including two limestone deposits and two clay deposits.   Published under Cement News
