The Bulgarian unit of Holcim has secured the approval of the local anti-trust authority for the acquisition of a 90.42 per cent stake in ZSK-Kremikovtzi, a local producer of steel-reinforced concrete products. The anti-trust notification from Holcim specifies that the core business of the ZSK plant is planned to be transferred to third parties before the deal is finalised.
