Regulatory ok for Holcim take-over of Bulgaria plant

The Bulgarian unit of Holcim has secured the approval of the local anti-trust authority for the acquisition of a 90.42 per cent stake in ZSK-Kremikovtzi, a local producer of steel-reinforced concrete products. The anti-trust notification from  Holcim specifies that the core business of the ZSK plant is planned to be transferred to third parties before the deal is finalised. In Bulgaria,  Holcim owns the Plevenski Tsiment mill,  Holcim Quarry Materials, Quarries, Komars and Ekorek Bulgaria.   Published under Cement News
