Taiwan Cement Corp  said its Hong Kong-listed unit TCC International Holdings Ltd plans to invest CNY500m in Foshan City in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong.

The unit yesterday signed an agreement with the Gaoming district government in the city for construction of a cement mill and distribution center there, it said.
