Egyptian Suez Cement Co (SCC) subsidiary, Readymix Beaton Misr (RBM), has fully acquired local sector company Decom, SCC said in a statement to Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchanges (CASE) from July 10, 2007.  
 
Decom owns five mixing stations for producing ready ferroconcrete with a capacity of 500,000m2.
