Aditya Sanghi, Director, Sanghi Industries said: “We plan to produce 20Mt of cement from this location by 2015. We also plan to be present in major parts of India and the world.”
Besides expanding capacity from 8.5Mt Sanghi Cement also wants to expand geographically. It has targeted markets in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kochi as well as West Asia, Sri Lanka and Europe. It expects that its enhanced output will make Gujarat a top cement producer in India.
