India’s Aditya Birla Group said Saturday that cement sales in May rose 4.75 per cent on the year to 2.71Mt.  
 
Cement production for the month grew 3.7% on year to 2.705Mt, it said in a statement.  
 
Aditya Birla Group’s cement companies include  Grasim Industries Ltd. (500300.BY) and UltraTech Cement Ltd.
