Cimbeton acquires Illon Cimento for US$ 1.15m, Turkey
Ready-mixed cement and construction materials producer Cimbeton Hazirbeton announced that it acquired 99.99% of Illon Cimento for US$1.15m. The statement issued by Cimbeton noted that Illon is located in the premises of Soma thermoelectricity plant and it provides fly ash. Cimbeton uses fly ash for its ready-mixed cement and the purpose of the acquisition is to unsure sustainable and reliable supply of fly ash material. The company also noted that the acquisition process has been completed.
