The board of directors of Eagle Materials Inc which manufactures and distributes cement, gypsum wallboard, recycled paperboard, concrete and aggregates, on 21 May declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.20 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on 20 July 2007 to stockholders of record at the close of business on 20 June 2007.
