Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd. , India’s third-biggest cement maker, said on Wednesday its March shipments fell 4.5 per cent to 1.48Mt from 1.55Mt a year earlier.  
 
Production fell to 1.43Mt from 1.53Mt a year earlier, the company said in a statement.
