China’s Sinoma unit wins US$68.6m deal from HeidelbergCement
Sinoma International Engineering Co Ltd said its unit CBMI Construction Co Ltd has signed an agreement to build a cement production line in Tanzania for Tanzania Portland Cement Co Ltd, a unit of HeidelbergCement, at a cost of US$68.6m.
Sinoma told the Shanghai Stock Exchange that the cement plant, located in Tanzania’s Wazo Hill, 30km from the country’s capital Dar es Salaam, has a capacity of 2500tpd.
