In February 2007 Polish cement works turned out 697,100t of cement, which represents growth of nearly 150% in relation to February 2006.

Output of clinkers amounted to 554,300t, which translates into YoY growth of 58.3%, according to data from the Association of Cement Producers. Cement output after the first two months of 2007 jumped 213 per cent YoY, and in the case of clinker – 152%.

Sales of cement in February reached 683,600t, with the domestic market accounting for 660,500t. The biggest export market in February was Germany (9900t).
