Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co Ltd said its shares will be suspended from trading in the Shenzhen stock exchange starting today ahead of an announcement. No further details were provided. The 21st Century Business Herald reported earlier this week that  Anhui Conch Cement Co Ltd  is seeking to acquire a stake in Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement.
