New orders for Polysius

Cementos del Norte, Honduras, awards turnkey order to Polysius
With the aim of raising production capacity by 3300tpd of cement clinker. Cementos del Norte S.A. contracted Polysius to upgrade their factory in Rio Bijao, Choloma by installing state-of-the art Polysius systems.

Polysius convinced the customer with an innovative concept that not only covers the installation of future-oriented technologies but also integrates a large number of already existing plant components.
The order for a turnkey plant extension includes a raw material grinding plant with QUADROPOL® , the kiln line with DOPOL® preheater, POLRO® rotary kiln and POLYTRACK® clinker cooler as well as a roller mill for cement grinding. The plant will be equipped with POLAB® automation systems and the POLCID® NT process control system.

4500 tpd cement clinker production line for Jaypee Cement, India
Jaypee Cement, a member company of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., is to construct a new 4500 tpd production line at the Dalla plant in North India in partnership with Polysius.

The sub-order for the raw grinding plant, covering a 330tph roller mill and a roller mill for coal grinding had already been awarded to Polysius in advance.

The new order for the kiln line, from tangential blending silo for raw meal up to the POLYTRACK® clinker cooler has now followed.

7500 tpd clinker production line for Fujairah Cement Industries, UAE
The United Arab Emirates continue to be the focal point of the economic upswing in the Gulf region. In the last two years the rate of development increased still further with about 50% of the gigantic investments going into construction projects.

Participating in this expansion trend, Fujairah Cement Industries have decided to construct a new 7500tpd clinker production line consisting of the most up-to-date Polysius equipment.

The plant is to be constructed parallel to the existing cement production line, which is equipped with one of the first POLYTRACK® clinker coolers.
