The Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL) has earned Rs 366.096m after tax profit in the first half of current fiscal year of 2006-07. This translates earning per share (EPS) of Rs 0.987 as compared to Rs 560.447m after tax profit and EPS of Rs 1.512 in the corresponding period of 2005-06. 
 
In a notice sent to the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), it was announced that the company earned Rs 541.593m in the period under review against Rs 830.534m in the same period last year. The net sales of the company stood at Rs 2.515 billion in the first half of the current fiscal year against Rs 2.766 billion in the same period last year.
