Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co Ltd has denied rumors that the company may be taken over by Anhui Conch Cement Co Ltd or  Lafarge.

In a statement filed to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company said the board and management have no intention to participate in any such share transactions.
