Cement industry profits to hit record figures, 2007
According to the report ‘Prospects for 2007 and the Economic Operating Situation Analysis on Cement Industry in 2006’, released by the China Cement Association yesterday, the profits made by the entire cement industry will hit a new historic record in 2007. The report predicts that in 2007 China’s demand for cement will exceed 100mt, with the rate of growth exceeding 10%.
