ACC Ltd., India’s second-biggest cement producer, said on Wednesday its December shipments rose 3.1 per cent to 1.65Mt from 1.60Mta a year ago.

The Mumbai-based company, one-third owned by Switzerland-based Holcim Ltd, said production in December totalled 1.63Mt, up from 1.57Mt a year ago.
