HAZEMAG Crushing plants for Turkey
HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH has received an order from the Turkish company Kahramanmaras Cimento (KCS) for the supply of two crushing plants, as described below.
The first plant, a limestone and clay processing plant, is designed to handle 1,000tph, and comprises 2 feed hoppers, 2 feed apron conveyors, a pre-screening wobbler and an AP-PM 1822 impact crusher with discharge belt conveyor.
The additive crushing plant for gypsum, pozzolan, limestone, sandstone, and iron ore has a rated capacity of 400tph, and comprises a hopper, an apron feeder, the impact crusher and a discharge belt conveyor. The impact crusher selected for this application is a double-rotor Compound Crusher Type AP-CM 1618, which permits two-stage crushing within one crusher housing.
Both plants will be installed at a new cement works to be built in the eastern part of the country near the town of Gaziantep, and are due for delivery during the early part of 2007.
