Anhui Conch Cement Co Ltd  said its shareholders have approved a proposal to issue 22.76m new A-shares at 13.30 yuan each to buy three units from parent Anhui Conch Cement Group.

Earlier, the company said it planned to issue new shares to buy 100 pct of Anhui Ningchang Plastic Packaging Co Ltd, 100 per cent of Shanghai Conch Construction Material International Trade Co Ltd and 75 per cent of Wuhu Conch Plastic Products Co Ltd - assets which are together worth about 302.64m yuan.
