Akcansa fined for breaching competition rules, Turkey
Turkish cement producer Akcansa Cimento Sanayi, announced that it has paid a TRY 0.2mn fine imposed on the company by the competition board. The statement sent to the ISE by Akcansa noted that that the court case regarding the fine is still pending at a court. Akcansa demands the cancellation of the fine.
