TCC International Holdings Ltd. said it planned to build two new dry-processing cement production lines and ancillary facilities in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong for 908.8 million yuan (US$115.5 million).

The company would award the contract to a third party, Sinoma International Engineering Co. Ltd., and the project would be funded by internal resources and bank borrowings.

TCC International said the production lines, which would be used to produce clinker and various types of cement, would begin production in April and May 2008, adding an additional annual cement production capacity of 4.5Mt.
