New order for FLSmidth
JK Cement Ltd has a contract w with FL. Smidth & Co. AS of Denmark for supply of cement plant machinery and equipment.
JK Cement plans to set up a 3Mt plant at a cost of 9bn rupees in the southern state of Karnataka and expects building work to begin next month.
The plant would help the company supply to parts of southern and western India, JK Cement said in a statement.
The plant was expected to start production in the second half of 2008, it said. Published under Cement News
