China’s Sinoma International Engineering Co Ltd said it has signed an agreement with Russia’s Serebryanskiy cement plant to design and provide equipment for one of its cement production lines, with the contract valued at US$84m.

According to a statement filed to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Sinoma said the cement production line, located in Oktyabrsky, 200km from Moscow, has a  capacity of 5000tpd, and will be completed in 24 months.
