Tongling Shangfeng Cement Company’s  second production line of  has begun operation. Following the operation of this 5000tpd production line, the company’s actual production capacity will range between 1.5Mt and 1.75Mt. It is estimated that in 2007, the company will realize RMB800M in total sales income, with the tax approaching RMB200M.

Currently, the company has two key factories, one in Trang Kenh, Thuy Nguyen district, northern port Haiphong city and one in Hiep Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City. The two factories are now employing more than 1,000 people with a per capita income of VND2.5 million on average.
