Romanian Carpatcement Holding, a unit of  HeidelbergCement, sees its turnover reach between EUR250m and EUR270m in 2007, when it plans to invest some EUR35m the company said. 
 
For 2006, the company projects a turnover of between EUR230m and EUR240m, up from EUR194m reported for 2005. 
 
HeidelbergCement closed 2005 with a turnover of EUR7.8bn (US$9.9bn).
