Construction on the Cong Thanh-Nhon Trach cement plant has begun on the Nhon Trach District in Dong Nai Province, announced Nguyen Cong Ly, general director of Dong Nai Sheet Roof & Construction Materials Joint Stock Co.  
 
With capital of VND700bn (US$43.75m) for the first phase, the facility covers 11.49ha and will have a capacity of 1Mta.
