The cement industry in Vietnam will put into operation 11 new cement plants ahead of schedule, said the Ministry of Construction after implementing the cement industry development plan until 2010, a vision to 2020 for a period of time.  
 
A further, 21 other cement factories will operate as scheduled, including Haiphong cement plant, Song Giang cement plant and three others; 11 projects behind schedule and 17 projects have not been yet defined for time of operation.
