In September, cement production in the Ukraine rose by 7.6% compared with September 2005, to 1,418,000t, the State Statistics Committee has disclosed.  
 
In September, cement production fell by 6.4% to compared with August.  
 
In January-September, cement production rose by 9.4% compared with January-September 2005, to 10,156,000t.  
 
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in August, cement production rose by 14.1% compared with August 2005, to 1,515,000t.
