Cement maker TPI Polene PCL plans to pay an interim dividend of THB0.25 a share for its first-half performance, pending consent from its creditors. The payment is scheduled on Oct. 27.

Thailand’s Siam Commercial Bank PCL (SCB.TH) has appointed Vicharn Panich, a medical doctor, director of the Knowledge Management Institute and chairman of the University Council of Mahidol University, as a director on the bank’s board effective of Sept. 29.
