Thach Cao Cement Joint Stock Company has sent the listing file to the Hanoi Securities Trading Center (HASTC), asking for license to float its shares on the market. 
 
The company has a registered capital of VND35bn, of which the state owns 76.35% and other investors, including its staff, 23.65% stake. 
 
The central Hue city-based firm runs business in import and export of clinkers and cements, cement grilling and transport.
