Erhan Kamisli, board chairman of cement producer Akcansa, said that they are to embark upon an important investment in Eskisehir in November 2006 with an investment of some US$75m. Mr Kamisli also added that Akcansa is mulling foreign  investments, noting Middle Eastern countries, Russia and Ukraine as possible regions for acquisitions.
