Iran Ministry of Industry and Mine’s international affairs chief announced that in the case Iranian and Iraqi officials reached agreement and a one billion dollar credit was allocated to industrial projects in Iraq, Iran would construct a cement industrial unit in Iraq.

"We have suggested carrying out 15 industrial projects in Iraq, which is currently under review," said Ghader Suleimani. "In our sessions with the Iraqi side we have discussed on various subjects such as exporting technical and engineering services," he added.
