CashFlowNews.com reports that EBITDA for The Monarch Cement Company for its twelve months ended June 30, 2006 was $30,361,979, a 106 per cent increase over the year earlier same twelve months when Monarch Cement generated $14,743,035 in EBITDA.

EBITDA for the most recent twelve months also reached a nine year high. For Monarch Cement’s quarter ended June 30, 2006 EBITDA was $10,688,823, compared with $6,415,257, a 67 per cent increase over the comparable year earlier quarter. Monarch Cement has generated six consecutive quarters of positive EBITDA.
