The domestic cement demand in the third quarter of this year is predicted to decrease dramatically over the first and second quarter due to rainy reason, said the Ministry of Construction.  
 
Cement consumption is estimated to decrease by 400 000t in August compared with that for previous months which was about 2.6-2.7Mt, the ministry said.
