Basic Element to construct Serebryany cement plant
Basic Element LLC will construct Serebryany cement plant in the Mikhaylovsky district of the Ryazan region. The enterprise capacity will total 1.5Mt of cement per year. Investments in new equipment will stand at around $65m in 2006 and supplied by Chinese company Sinoma. The plant will use dry method of production, the administration of the Mikhaylovsky district told local news reporters.
