Birla to set up cement unit in Jharkhand, India
Birla Corporation has informed the Jharkhand government that it was keen to set up a 2Ma cement plant in in the state of Jharkhand at an investment of Rs 1,000 crore. The company’s Senior Joint President PC Nalwaya and Managing Director KC Mittal met Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda at the state capital recently and placed the proposal.
