Akcansa Cimento Sanayi, a cement company, sent a statement to the ISE and said that it did not participate in the capital increase of its subsidiary Enerjisa Enerji Uretim, an energy company, consequently its stake in Enerjisa declined to 5.3 per cent from 9.2 per cent. Akcansa said that it started a US$135m investment to establish its second clinker production line and due to this investment it decided not to participate in the capital increase of Enerjisa. 
 
Goltas Goller Bolgesi Cimento, a cement company, announced that it would be able to complete its clinker production investment earlier than planned. The company’s clinker production facility will become operational on June 25 and as a result of this investment Goltas’ clinker production will increase to 6000tpd.
