Saudi cement producer, Arabian Cement Company (ACC) will pay a 12 per cent cash dividend for the first half of 2006, the company said on June 15, 2006.  The total dividend to be distributed among shareholders stands at 72 mln Saudi riyals (US$19.2m). The dividend will be paid to shareholders registered at the close of business on June 30, 2006. 

The net profit of ACC reportedly rose to 89.5 mln riyals (US$23.9m) for the first three months of 2006, up from 69.1 mln riyals (US$18.4m) in the corresponding period of 2005, the Saudi Arabian News Digest reported on May 30, 2006.]
