The country consumed 13.3Mt of cement in the first five months of the year, a  YoY increase of 15 per cent, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.  
 
 In order to stabilise the cement market, the Ministry of Construction has requested domestic enterprises to further apply advanced technology to reduce expenses and increase capacity. - VNS
