China CAMC Engineering Co Ltd has concluded a deal to construct a cement production line in Kyrgystan, the official Shanghai Securities News reported. The plant is expected to have an output of 2500t of cement per day and will be completed in 2008, the report said. It added that China will provide US$77.8m in preferential export buyer’s credit for the project.

CAMC Engineering Co Ltd was the first Chinese firm to launch an initial public offering (IPO) after the China Securities Regulatory Commission lifted a one-year suspension of share offerings in the mainland.
