FLSmith and the northern Hai Duong province-based cement company on May 5 signed a contract of the bidding package No. 1 on supplying design, equipment, materials and technical services totaling VND1150 billion ($72.33m) to the Hoang Thach cement production line No.3 project.   The bidding package is the most important one of the cement production line which has total investment of VND1,942 billion ($122.14m) and an annual capacity of 1.2Mta.
 
 The project is scheduled to start building this year and become operational at the end of 2008, raising the total capacity of the Hoang Thach cement plant to 3.5Mta, meeting the domestic demand for cement.
