An order has been placed with HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH by FLSmidth of Bethlehem, PA, for the supply of a primary crushing plant to U.S. cement producer Ash Grove for its Moapa Paiute works. FLSmidth is setting up a completely new production line for this customer near Las Vegas in the state of Nevada. The order is being handled with the support of the American licensee HAZEMAG USA, Inc., which will also later provide the customer with technical after-sales service and expert assistance.
 
The plant, which has been designed to handle some 1,600 st/h, comprises a feed hopper with rugged apron conveyor as well as an impact crusher Type AP-PMH 2030. Hazemag is providing the basic engineering for other ancillary units such as discharge conveyors, dust collecting plant and electrics.
