Russian producer, Iskitymcement OJSC (member of RATM group) is planning to double its production capacity to 3Mta by constructing one more line. According to the Novosibirsk region Governor Viktor Tolokonsky, the management and regional administration discussed some technical parameters of the project. The Governor noted that the regional administration would provide active support to the project. This will be both organizational and financial support.
